is it ok to mount amp on the sub box?

will the vibrations affect it? its not a lot of vibrations as the sub faces different direction but just need some input on this decision.

I've heard the box is one of the best places to put it if you're worried about vibrations damaging your amp. Think about it, the box doesn't vibrate that much if it's built right. I don't know for sure though.

you also have sony xplode 10 inch subs. so of course you wouldnt know if a box would vibrate or not

I was wondering when someone was going to insult my subs again. It's almost been a month now.

If the box is braced correctly it will not vibrate much.

itt depends on the box the amp the sub and the car that you have!

a lot of variations...

my buddy always has put them on the box... he had a z2 running 2 9515's and it was mounted on the box np at all.
