What are the most underrated subs you can think of as far as power handling?

give the rated rms and what it can take daily safely if one knows what they're doing.

off the top of my head are:

BTL (rated: 2000, can take up to 6000+ rms loaded)

HD3 (rated: 1000, can take up to 2500)

RSD (rated: 500, can take up to 1200)

R (rated: 500, can take up to 1500)

any others?

ok...i was just basing the btl on what bbm said on roe, i have no experience with the sub myself, feel free to quote that if you wish, but some people have given it alot of power and from my readings, the loaded one should be able to take it just fine...and as well as the type r, i've heard many people that has given it 1500 daily with music and they say it handles it just fine...

i never said i like to take a sub to the max every second of its life, i'm just asking what sub has been known to be able to take more power then its rated at...

i know about all that going straight, autocross, drifting stuff so that lecture was pretty much useless and had nothing to do with my post...

Funky Pups (nothing but takes forever to blow)

Pyramid Hyper Pro (1000 peak but you know that shit is like a million)

Your Mom (she might be ugly but she's good in bed)

Your girlfriends left tit (40rms, cant take much more, still underrated by you)

Pyle Blue Wave (srsly like 1g wattz but dey r like.... 50000 or something)

Brass Knuckles (1 hit wonder)

Rockwood 15's ((1wrms, like 80,000 burpz mannnn!)

Ham Sandwich (50rms, handle 5000w burps)

all i did was ask an innocent question to get some ideas, if it was dumb then all you needed to say was that it has to do with the box, did i hurt your insensitive feelings or something that you gotta say go kill yourself?

This would be interesting to see actually, as folks post that question quite often around here. Perhaps consider working on a spreadsheet with a baseline config to post up as a sticky so people can reference it.
