Mr. Do-It-Big
just wondering what was the most grossly under rated based on actual output compared to labeled output?

Actually that was the Concept 98.1. The 97.1 became the HCCA 150 and was rated at 50x2 on channels 1 & 2 and 25x2 (.5 ohm stable) on channels 3&4.Orion Concept 97 rated at 2 watts but actually cranked out 800+
Actually the 98.1 was Orion's premier component set and not an amplifier. The amp was the 97.3 that had the same chassis as the XTR-2250 and 2100 HCCA.Actually that was the Concept 98.1. The 97.1 became the HCCA 150 and was rated at 50x2 on channels 1 & 2 and 25x2 (.5 ohm stable) on channels 3&4.
The 98.1 was rated @ 1x2 into 4 ohms and 1600x1 bridged @ 1 ohm (and was rated into a dead short). It was the amp that singlehandedly ended the power class divisions in IASCA. Funny thing was none of the other manufacturers said anything about it being grossly underrated because all their comp amps were underrated, too, just not to that degree.
