dont forget u need to enter vb only

so determine how much space you have then determine what ur sub needs for actual volume after port displacement then enter that number as volume

ie...

if you have 6cf available space and the sub needs 3.5 enter 3.5 then add the port cf displacement to the total and that will be your gross cf of the box

so say 3.5 tuned at 38hz with 3- 4" ports = 17.18" long for each port then figure the cf of all the ports displacement ( r x r x 3.14 x 17.18 /1728 = .124873 cf for each port x 3 ports = .3746 so your box needs to be 3.8746 gross internal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

If you're interested in a box calculator that can help you with a wedge shaped box and is free give the one in my signature a check. It has figures for the wedge shaped boxes and cut sheets for the box you configure. The cut sheets for the wedge box are good, but the face (angled part) is a little sketchy, had a hard time working up the math on that but it's very close. The program as a whole isn't perfect but the volumes and tuning are very accurate.

You have to know the signs for winisd. IMO, it really comes down to knowing what you’re doing. Some woofers don’t model well in winisd, at all.
