Morel Dotech MKII 6 vs. Focal 165V2

Anyone heard both? Can you describe the differences a bit. I have yet to hear the Morel's in person. And does anyone know where I can audition a set in DFW area?

Morels are extremely mellow and transparent sounding speakers. I have played with an older set of their 4" comps and they are truly the best sounding speakers I've ever heard. Amazing output for the size as well.
