Well I have a friend who likes to buy stuff and then push it to its limits (and he doesnt even do comps). He got a cadence amp that was doing allright. he pushed it too far and now you get TERRIBLE engine noise and the sound quality is that of a legacy or worse. IT's all distorted at any volume. Would pushing an amp w/o it frying do anything like that? I opened it up and didnt' see any burned sections right offhand. Any ideas?
