My little brother just put two powerbase 15's in his trooper. They are rated at 300rms and are single voice coil 4 ohm. Will this amp work? I dont know the cf of his box though.

2-Channel Amp Specifications

Amplifier Type: 2-channel

Bridged RMS Power: 300W x 1 @ 12.9V

THD at Rated RMS Power:

Speaker Level Inputs: Yes

Preamp Outputs: Yes

Built-In Crossovers: HP/LP

Bass Boost: 0-18 dB

Frequency Response: 10-30,000 Hz

if i m not mistaken the 2100 puts 300 @ 4ohms bridged. with 2 svc 4 ohm u can only get 2ohms or 8ohms. dat being the case u would only be sending either 100rms to each, which dotn think would be enough.

get something that puts at least 500rms @ 2ohms, n u should be happy.

an example is the memphis st500d or mc500d, dunno anything else from teh top of my head. oops, USX800D should be nice too.
