Civil rights acts have been extended to private clubs. With good reason too. Many business network ties happen behind closed doors of private clubs. So denying entry to private clubs based on race creates De Facto segregation of economic opportunity.

For this purpose it is easy to see it fits. Obviously your home is different. However, most established clubs would fall in this. My point still stands.

I am also not saying that I entirely agree with the idea, but do understand why these judgments came about.
