more problems

try grounding the rcas or adding a noise filter that should git rid of the noise. but is not the true solution.

question 1 are your rcas run next to the power wire

suggestion 1 check your engine ground and double check your battery grounds

if neither of the two are the problem doing one of the first two suggestions should get ride of the noise

Could it possibly due to my second batt? Or could it be the remote cuz I had to run a wire from the fuse box. Ir could it be the amp cuz when I tap the top if the amp it does the hic up thing. Im trying to solve the issue before I get my new amp.

Unplug the rca's switch your DMM to continuity (should make a beep noise when you touch the two leads together). Take each RCA cable and touch the male connector with one DMM lead and the shield with another lead. If it produces a beep noise then the RCA is busted (the shielding broke and now the ground and the positive components of the RCA's are touching).
