Yes it was. I am trying my best to figure out where the "insighting a riot" came in to the equation? According to the report that is. Maybe when he was yelling, "help help," trying to get the crowd to support his behavior. I loved when everyone started clapping when they took him away.

I have lived here for many years without incident from GPD. ASO and FHP have been my foes. Never had any issue with UPD either. Like I said though, I need to see the report, if it ever gets released.
