More bass more loud more lows

Alright right now I have an 08 series mempis mojo 15d2 in a box that is 2.98 cubes internally. The box has two external 4 inch ports. That are 18 inches long ruffly tuned to 33hz. I powered the sub with a sundown sae1200d. Now I want to get louder. I can reface the box for a 12 or a 10 if needed. This is in an el camino. Dont get me wrong it was loud but after time things get old. So please help me I need sub recommendations that will do what the title says with my amp and box.

Do you guys think a fi bl 15 will be louder In my current box specs I can go about 3.25 cubes internally And possibly a 6" round port. Or would I be better with 2 jbl p1222 in a 4.25 internally with 2 4" ports. The amp I have is a sundown sae1200d.
