mono amps

 
well you should look at the manual, but i would assume that if it is a mono amp then there is only one channel. the extra speaker inputs just simplify the wiring. so either one should work.

 
You wire each sub's individual coils in parallel, so that each sub will be a 2ohm load. So, each sub will be wired like this:

Then you connect one subwoofer to each output.

The amplifier's outputs are paralleled together internally, so a 2ohm load on each output (like you will have) is a final 1ohm on the amplifier.
