mono amp question

So if you wire 2 subs seperatly what happens to the impedance like let's say I wire each sub @ 2 ohms and run separate wires to all 4 of the inputs that makes the amp send out a 1 ohm load right?

The amp doesn't send out ohms LOL. You are wiring the subs in parallel, so assuming they are of the same impedence, it halves the impedence.

My subs are dual 4 ...so let's say I wire them seperatly down to 2 ohms each and run each sub seperatly to the amp I would get a final impedance of 1 ohm or if I wire them at 8 ohms each I would get a final impedance of 4 ohms?? Is that what u mean

Yep, that's what he means and that's the correct answer. Wiring each to 2 ohms and wiring each to the amp is no different than wiring both together down to 1 ohm and wiring them to the amp that way.
