what ohm load are you going to run? Why not just get a Lanzar?

I would say go with lanzar. But if your trying to just try a diff brand. Getting that much power for the same price as a lanzar is gonna be crap companies. But I would say Audiopipe 3k $298? Audiopipe is = to Lanzar Maybe better to some people.

Audiopipe is not on the same level as the Opti line from lanzar. The optis are good amps all around.

Price is about the same. What other brand then will put out the same power as a lanzar 4000d put out for the same price? Iv heard that audiopipe does rated with electrical. Audiopipe is prolly just as clean as Lanzar optis. I mean they have to run at .5 ohm just to do rated. Thats never a good thing

4000d does not do .5. These are old amps from '05. Street B finals were won with these amps in '05 then everyone switched to Z1's in '06. Now Lanzar has made more opti amps in the following years, each of them not coming close to this original amp. Same Board as the Soundstream xxx6500, only difference is the Lanzar 4000d has a regulated power supply. Well I guess it comes down to this, Lanzar 4000d $450 Vs DD m3b for $630. What do you guys think. Like I said I ran the 4000d's before and had no complaints, but it was bested when DD came out with the Z1.
