Pretty sure I answered why I am still here. I get laughs from these people, we have some really great members who are VERY funny and I like to see new products that come out.

I don't trust you honestly enough to tell you who she works for. We attack forums all the time for far less. PM doesn't seem like it would matter. I'm not really interested/care if you believe me or not.

You are right, this is the internet. You are supposed to help enforce rules though. Rules that we have to agree on before we can setup accounts (or I think so, been almost 7 years since I signed up). I think the OP went overboard a bit, but I could relate to his confusion. I mean if he signs up.....starts seeing a bunch of crap, reports it and then gets yelled at and told that what he is finding wrong doesn't matter because it was done by someone who is "above the law". What does that tell him? Why not put something like that in the rules.

1a. The following people are above the law, do what they wish, and disputing anything with them will result in a ban.

then you could add a list of those names below it or even give them a special title.

Would be a very diverse crowd on her forum. I think 13 years old and they have members as old as late 80's. Mostly women though ( I think its roughly 80% women). I would agree a very different world.

I'm not saying moderator laws. I am saying the laws that would fall under our TOS. They should be the same for moderators just like they are for everyone else.

I'm very sure that is all the OP was saying. Turned into a circus like most threads of this nature.

How is it that time on the forum is a basis for speaking personal opinion?
he spoke his opinion, I didnt agree with it, I went about the proper measures. I was shut down.

That is exactly what I was getting at with reporting the post. I love to post on forums, I post on quit a few. I wanted to post here regularly, but if a NOOB goes against what and old schooler thinks, believes or whatever, he is threatened to be banned.

How is it that as a site admin, you cant even discuss it, without using the ban threat?

No where in the forum rules, does it state an opinion will get your account deleted. But it does say that rude, hateful, etc comments will.

So why am I the one at fault? is it because I am new HERE?

Time matters because you have not had the time to understand how my forum works. The mod staff in place is not congress and this is not a democracy. The rules can change at any time at my discretion. I'm a firm believer in free speech for the people that earn. I also believe in teaching life lessons, so if you can't handle simple grumpyness from my mod staff, you most certainly won't make it in real life.

**** i missed a good mod bashing thread.... maybe this one will last a bit longer...the op just pointed out the obvious... ng is the lamest excuse of a mod thats ever existed... people have been sayin that for a while... power to the mod hater!!!! lol thats just how this place works... you will get used to it... maybe one day goob will do somethin about it but anyone who has been here a few years knows he wont.
