i didnt see any explosive difference in those 2....
I tried to use some CO2 cartridges for a cherry bomb once... for some reason it didnt work... the wick kept popping out some how. we even hot-glued em on there. (can hot glue ignite gun powder)
anybody know what they seal the caps with if you use a cardboard tube??
when you use good flash power you can seal them with elmers glue and paper cup type caps. nothing special in getting them sealed at all. Black powder/gun powder needs lots of pressure to be built up so it needs a stronger seal or sealed container like a pipe or co2 cartridge. Flash powder is just the right way to do it, louder and safer. It just sucks with the regulations placed on it now you have to use less safe oxidizers if you want to make bulk amounts. I would not trust the bulk manufactured m-80s I have seen as of the last few years.
