Black powder/gun powder needs lots of pressure to be built up so it needs a stronger seal or sealed container like a pipe or co2 cartridge.  Flash powder is just the right way to do it, louder and safer. It just sucks with the regulations placed on it now you have to use less safe oxidizers if you want to make bulk amounts. I would not trust the bulk manufactured m-80s I have seen as of the last few years.</p></blockquote><p></p>
