I am considering a new amp. I have heard you guys say a lot about ed nine.1 but... I know that a mmats 1500 is a nasty monster soooo....

Take it where? Check each companies track record and get back to us! I really doubt you will hear a difference if they both put out the same power.

like I said, I know mmats is excellent, but ed nine.1 is getting good reviews plus is 200$ cheaper. soooo.... can it take the mmats in cost, reliability, affordability, watt to watt.

ive never used a mmatts but i have owned a nine.1. i think for the money its a great amp. its built nice and offers a nice warrenty.....doing a 147+ in the kick off of it...you can find them some what cheap on forums too....my vote is for the eD nine.1

or get ahold of deliveryboy (chris on this forum) he can help you get an eD amp a lil cheaper for you

If you havent used a Mmats amp then shut up. They are extremely efficient, and often put out hundreds of watts over their rated value. I have never seen a Mmats amp get even slightly hot, they are awsome amps...

Now, the 9.1 is also a very good amplifier. But if I had the extra money, I would go with the 1500D.

And no, I dont think there would be an audible difference between the two, but Mmats > eD IMO when it comes down to amps.

phattonydemarco is finally the only intelligent person on this site that responds appropriately. COMPARISONS. thank you, and I had the same expericence with mmats and probably will go back with a mmats again, question though, are the new mmats slave/master capable, cause you can get two ed nine.1's and put them together for 700$, that probably could take the mmats?

u rite the ed amp is strappable that would be my only reason for getting it......i'm not sure if the mmats amps are able to do that..if so..get the mmats amp..if the mmats amp is not strappable get the ed amp

both r good amps..but its more that how much power they put out its what u can do to them
