missing screw

I want to buy an audiobahn A2601Q but he is missing the 7mm allen screws or whatever go into the power and ground part and says that because he is missing those we can't test ito ut. also he went to a hardware store and couldn't find hte parts

he wants 40 for the amp..... would it be hard for me to find these two screws? what is so special bout them???? couldn't i just jam the wire in there and hold it in there while i test the amp out???? should i buy this amp for 40?

i know audiobahn doesn't have the best rep...

its an amp however that will put out a good amount of RMS for my diamond D312 400rms dual 2ohm sub....
