misc. box building questions

ok im in the process of building a box for my kicker 15L7 and i have a few questions..

is it allright to use liquid nails to help glue the box together (along with screws) or is wood glue best?

would steel L-brackets help brace the inside of the box, or should i cut out wood braces?

my front panel is going to be double layered mdf with the sub flush mounted

i just want to keep the airflow inside of my box as free as possible and i think wood braces might obstruct that

wood glue is the best way because it checmically bonds the wood together.

wood braces would be ok, but wooden dowels work and so do threaded rod.
