MirrorLink

I have been in the market for a new head unit for a couple months now. I had decided on a Pioneer AVH-X8500BHS. I am really glad I did not pull the trigger yet, because head units that use MirrorLink seam to be much better for what I am looking for.

What do you think about MirrorLink?

Has anyone used a head unit with MirrorLink yet?

MirrorLink is a Sony invention, so naturally it requires a Sony head unit. Check out your local Sony car audio dealer for a demonstration.

Jvc and alpine both have mirrorlink HU too. I was just looking for an opinion from someone who has actually used one in their car.
