lnib, bought it new 2 weeks ago and installed it today and realized after 10 minutes its not for me , the unit works as it should and has no issues . the face is clean and it should as all i did is remove it and put in the carry case untill the radio was installed and then put it in . all of the other accesories are still in factory plastic as seen in pics. unit was installed so the sleeve and body show the usual signs of install
