Minor in Posession law... 18-20 year olds

and he has a friend pick up a 6 pack for him, and attempts to enjoy a cold beer while watching SNL in his own home after a long week, only to go to face charges for MINOR IN POSSESSION?"
in nebraska you can drink at your own home //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif hell if you wanted you could drink outside and cops wont do anything as long as your on your own property and arent suplling the alcohol to anyone else. and a lot of the said when you turn 18 isnt true well here in nebraska it isnt. you have to be 19 for a lot of shit. hell i have to have my mom sign a shit ton of papers for me to go to college because your not tecnically an adult till your 19 and im 18

ya you can move out on your own but you still have to have someone whos an adult to sign over the leases and loans

its a ****ed up country

I find it dumb sometimes. But in all actuallity 90% of 18yr olds are not responsible enough to consume alcohol and then have to find a way home.

I was told this by a friend...

Ok at 16yrs old what is your most prized possesion....99% of you would of said your cars.

At 18yrs Old What is your most prized posssesion....90% would say your car.

At 21 what is your most prized possesion...by this time you more than likely have a home and have a stable job, and have almost completed higher education if you chose to do so.

So at 16-19 or so years of age your most prized possesion is your car...you will take it any where at any cost to show friends...even if you are drunk.

i was always under the impression that your liver wasn't fully developed until around the age of 21 and that's why the drinking age is that high. but maybe i was just fooled by some bullshit they told me in DARE

In South Dakota you can go in and drink in a bar at any age.. as long as your parents are the ones who buy and hand you the drink.. the same with your wife. A husband can buy a drink and hand it to his underage wife..

It has something to do with women and children still being considered property.

South Dakota is for hippie faggot liberals //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

my sophomore year in HS a party got busted at my friends house...

we all got MICs (minor in consumption), my buddies mom got busted for supplying to minors and hosting a party for minors, but my buddy got off scott free because his mother was supplying him the alcohol and it was at his house...

the moral of the story: dont party in south hutch, and dont let someone pass out on the front porch in plain view...

Hippies are much cooler people than any uptight conservative prick. BTW, I think we should get rid of all this democrat, republican bullshit. Whos with me?
I think you should stick your head up a cow's *** //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

WTF, are you serious? So people with fake IDs are more likely to get drunk and kill people than people without fake IDs?
Yes, because it's much easily attained for someone with a fake ID. I'm under 21, no fake ID. If I want to drink one night, I have to look for friends of age to buy it for me. Sometimes I don't find someone, so I end up not drinking at all. If I had a fake ID, I would never have to worry about that.
