Don't ever plead guilty unless you absolutely have to. There are murderers who plead not guilty so when in doubt say either not guilty or no contest.

Showing up for court dates(even if it's not mandatory) will most likely reduce your fines/points/whatever, especially speeding tickets. You will have a warrant for your arrest if the ticket says mandatory court appearance and you didn't show up.

Underage drinking ticket is like a mandatory fee to pay during college hahaha. I had one... $230 fine and it's on my record.

The fine is comming out of my planned front stage setup so bye bye new component sets. I think I will just get a fine and a class or a fine and community service, that seems to be the common one around here. But the fine is like 250 and I know someone that paid $380 so hopefully it's not to bad cause that's an expensive half gallon of shitty vodka

Tell em to cut the fine in half and you will take 2 classes. Or if you have cash.....pay double the fine and no classes.

Its best to pay the fine in full if not they may but you on probation and thats a headache you dont want.

I have to pay for the classes to so either way it's money an I can't bargain with them it's a diversion trial either guilty and I get my shit reduced or not guilty and it goes to a real trial and I can face the max charges but plead my case. I'd rather go with the reduced it's my best bet of not getting probation or license suspension... Oh if I say guilty and they give me a bunch of the charges anyway can I change my mind to not guilty before the judges pounds the gavel? Lol
