minimum spacing between magnet and wall

If there's no vent for the pole piece, then there's no need for any spacing. 1" is plenty if there is a vent. The only reason you need to is to keep back-pressure from popping off the dust cap.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
