lesson number one.

1. if you have a bad experience with somone and decide not to complete the deal do NOT try to do business with them again.

I'm sorry to hear about this problem and I hope you get your amp back but I can't help but think its your own fault. Why in the hell would you do business with this guy after the first one went sour??

if u had to do a chargeback with paypal before y in sam hell did u contact him to fix one of your amps if he already tried to scam you??

Yes he did. Ok guys we all know he did something dumb. But that still doesnt give the guy the right to scam the dude. jeez

The guy has an audio repair shop. Ive spoken to him a bit further and I think we cleared things up. I told him to fix the amp and Ill pay him when its done. Dont worry, I will be paying with a secure method that is reversible if he tries to jerk me around or send me a broken amp.

He seems like he is willing to put this behind and move on and just fix the amp.

Ill let you know how it turns out...

Just be sure to double check your amp real good when it arrives back. Like, pop the amp open and make sure the board that's in the amp is the board that's supposed to be in the amp. Make sure the dimensions are correct and he didn't just slap your end plates on a lower, less powerful model with the same heatsink design and ship that amp to you. Etc etc.

He has some nice amps on ebay. I hope they are legit (not stolen from USAMPS NOS).
