hey guys, looking to add some midbass as rear fill, what are some quality midbass that can take 120 rms and are under 100 bucks?
there's been like 5 threads about midbass as rear fill in the last week
it's not a great idea
get some higher power front stage components, do a proper install (read the sticky at the top of the speaker page) and bridge your amp to give more power to one set, than powering two
get the tang-band 6.5" subs off partsexpress.com and cross them over accordingly.
subwoofers don't make good midbass speakers
You should not need a "bridge" between the front components and the subwoofer.also i'm going to do the following frequency range
subs 20hz - 80hz
midbass 60hz - 110 hz
comps 100 hz - ubove
would this be good? I plan to turn down the gain for the rear midbass and have them only plan nondirectional sound from 120 hz and down, they would act as a bridge between the subs and the mids to make a fuller sound
