you might be able to find someoen with an oscope but good luck trying to find a TL, I think there might be someone in flint with one if I remember right but Michigan is kinda a dry state when it comes to SPL

There is a TL in saginaw at redmonds.

Hey man, Saginaw isnt that far and that's where I'm at. Dukes car stereo has a termlab as well as an audio control. I think they charge 10 bucks.

Redmonds is a car audio and custom truck shop.

They charge $20.

Lol there isnt sh!t in Grand Rapids.. Mickey Shore, Extreme, etc.. They all blow.
