Messed up connector in 03 Focus

Well I tore my girlfriends head unit out to put her new one in this afternoon, and to my surprise, her stock Blaupunkt head unit has a strange connection(no clue what its called, aerial maybe?) Hers isnt anything like this.

I think I need one of these
