Menace amp - anyone know more about these?

I am currently using one of these in my '91 SHO as a temp. It's supposed to be a 200 watt amp but I can't find anything out about it. Here is a link to the same amp in an auction. Under the cover, this sucker is wound TIGHT. I'd love to hear anything and everything about its history. Thanks!

I'm not too interested in personal opinion about it. It's for a piece of junk system anyway. I just don't know where it came from. Anyone else know anything about it?
