I have a buddy that is buying two memphis m class 12's. I thought maybe his box should be tuned to 36hz and about 3 cubic feet total air space. would this be good or would there be something better?

Those subs are better suited for sealed boxes but if you port them, that box should be fine, as long as he has the right power for them.

we were able to hear them in the store in a premade memphis box and we both thought they sounded pretty good. He just wants to be loud but wont spend the money on the M3's....go figure. thanks for your input tho. btw, i still like my pr!
