Memphis vs Sundown?

Looking at replacing my 10in Memphis Blown Sub..(15-PR10S4V2)

Will a Sundown E- Series..(E-10D4 V2) hit harder then the older Memphis?

Also will a 500w Prime RF Amp push a SA-10 D2 Rev 2? If so would that be a better choice.

Will my RF 500w Prime Amp work on the SA-10? It's RMS is 600w..Would it out perform the E-Series with my Amp? Or would I even be able to tell the difference?

I think the SA would do good on ur amp and if u wanted to get a bigger amp later on u could with the SA

you would like the sa much better in the long run[than the E] .....i`d say spend a little more for the sa and be happy for a long time. Even though i like memphis pr just fine.....the sundown sa will walk all over them.

You want a D4 or D1 sub if your amp makes its power at 2 ohm.

Why not the D2? Getting confused over different ohms.

Single d2 final impedance will be 4 ohm or 1/2 ohm. In that case, you're underpowering your sub @ 4 ohm or burning your amp up @1/2.

D4 and d1 cam both be wired to 2 ohm. I'd go with a d4.
