2007 mfg date I'm pretty sure from the model.
Got it off craigslist last year and used it with a 12w6 for a while. Don't really know the previous owner history, but I never really pushed it that hard since I'm old man-ish and had hearing damage from my previous setups where bass bugs my ears (pair of ED 12 O's pushing 1500 watts back in the day).
Almost no scratches on the body except for on the top / heat sink. Remote lead screw is slightly stripped but not bad yet.
Perfectly functioning!

You CANT BUY THESE NEW ONLINE usually due to mfg restrictions (if you can, it's rare / used / or some shady dealer w/o warranty), the craigslister I got it from said he had it installed by a local shop, and his install was really polished (with plastic tubing around his wires/etc) so he seemed legit. I can't make any guarantees, though. What I can guarantee is that it's worked just fine for me and still works, no protect, no odd cutoffs or anything.
