memphis mojo 4 ohm?

does memphis make a mojo 4 ohm 15"? bc im having overheating problems with my current set up where my alpine 1000 watt over heats to the point where u could cook eggs on it and it just shuts down until it cools enough to fire back up, i was told it could be an unbalanced ohm load or something but im pretty sure my sub is a 2 ohm so idk what the deal is.
