It does have a few good scuffs on the top (hard to see in the pics) but otherwise in excellent shape.

This amp looks amazing.. wish I had the money. Also wish it was 1 ohm stable. Really good power at 2 ohms. GLWS man.

Yah, not many people realize these amps were the last of the line before Memphis changed build houses (well, the orange flame version).

Solid amps... I've already sold 2 - this is the last one to go =(
