Memphis mcd1500d not pushing like it should

Its pretty weak. Feels like maybe 600 rms. Bought it used. There was a fan cut in the bottom which means it was running hot and probably jacked something up. I've had it wired 2 ohms to several setups to rule that out. The lights on the side have been on and off. Anyone know a good repair shop in St Louis or should I ship to Memphis for repair? Thanks for any help
