Memphis MC2000D - Anyone have experience with em?

I have an opportunity to pick up one of these, but im fearing its not worth my time. I need an amp that runs at 1 ohm and puts out a shitload of wattage, my sub will laugh at 4kw

So things i need to know about the amp are :

1. Capability at 1 ohm for daily use

2. 14 volt RMS output at 1 ohm

3. Can it be modded / protection removed?

4. Is this amp a solid performer, such as verses an Orion 2500d (which imo ****)

I attemped to look thru the search feature for any reference of this amp, and found little advice / info about it from people who are end users.
