I can get the new digital one for 399 or go with last years model (non digital) for 275.00

both 75x4 rms

good value good quality good over all amp. it can be in entry level- high end installs and perform well. "audiophiles" will disagree with me but just like i used to i'll lay the smack down in a comp and beat them i am an imaging freak where they are tonal tweekers all they say is my cars sound bad (never heard anyone else say they sounded bad exept those i beat so..) i just do my homework and adjust i like my stuff sounding real to detail hi and dry . lol

Is the digital x over worth 125 bucks that i would have to save for 2 weeks to get or just go with the same amp with a manual x over?

Memphis audio is good stuff. I would probably go digital.
