Memphis Belle problem

The 5th channel on my Belle amp is nto working, 2 weeks ago I blew the 2 subs I had on that channel, could that have done damage? I didnt use the amp after I blew the subs. If that is not the problem, then what could it be?

Well I took it back to where I bought it, and they sent it in to be fixed. Yep I blew the sub channel.
