memphis amplifiers

I just bought a Memphis Audio 16-ST500D amplifier. Ive read about the amps specifications but i have yet to install it in my truck. What I am really wanting to know is if this is a good amp or not? I would appreciate anybodys comments that have or have had Memphis Audio amps.
