memphis amp suggestions

hey guys , i just picked up a memphis 16-mc1.1100 amp that will run my 2-12" memphis slim subs, my delema comes with what i use for my other speakers ive got 6x8 alpine type r's in the door and back now but looking to upgrade and can go with up to a 6x9 , the amp i want is the 16-mc4.125 ,but concerned about the power its 125wx4 @4 ohms and 180wx4 @2 ohms , and all the replacement speakers if i stay with memphis are rated at 60w rms and 120w max even the mclass , my next option is the 16-mc4.75 which is 75wx4 @4ohm and 115wx4 @ 2 ohm ,anyway any help or suggestions would help -thanks in advance

In my experience with Memphis speakers they can take more power that rated. If you put 125 rms on 60 rms speakers, you'd be able to keep the gains down (less distortion). The other thing about having more power on tap is you'll have it ready if you decide to upgrade you speakers.

My bad it was super late and lots on my mind , was driving to work this am and was thinking i typed in sony and had a laugh ,

Hey thanks alot that helps me with my decision its a hugh amp but will fit nicely under the back seat of my f350
