memphis amp problems?

Well i have this memphis 1500d powering my two kicker L7s 15"s, and the protection and the green light always turn on (i think they blink im not to sure) what does this mean i been tring to figure it out does this mean the amp is dead? i disconnected the remote so it wouldnt be blinking like that because it didnt look to right........

take it to a local shop and have it checked out, but if you take the speaker wires and rca's off, and the protection light still comes on, u have a problem with you amp most likely
