memphis 16st2004

i have a memphis 16 st-2004 and i'm trying to run active. i have my tweeters on the 1 and 2 channel and my mids on my 3 and 4 channel.when i turn the volume up on test tones i can here it through my tweeters to.my tweeters on set on high pass and my mids are set on low pass. i also have a optins to set the them on flat to. my gain is turned all the way down. my 2 crossover on the amp says they can go from 40 hz to 6 khz
