well i'll go ahead and say it.....there needs to be atleast some sort of moderation in the lounge...however i dont see it happening......also needs to be more strick rules based on ****, insults, threats, and general accountability.....if u do soething wrong.....you reap the results....plain and simple......

-Get rid of the 10 character minimum

-Fix the "Similar Threads" box at the bottom, so that it stops only showing threads from pre-'03, which will stop so many old threads from being resurrected

-Fix the search function.....hardly is ever useful for me

-I don't know if this is possible, but limit the actual length (not just characters) of the sigs......for example, TwistedVisions is entirely too long IMO

-It would be nice if there were "SPL" and "SQ" sections, to help streamline discussions

-It should be against TOS to ask the prices of RE products, and also against TOS to start a thread related in any way to RE products. After the search function is fixed ( //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ), every answer will be available with a simple search. I don't think I've seen a "unique" RE thread since I've started........and I'm getting tired of 3 threads per week asking about their prices. We aren't RE reps (even though you would think we are), and shouldn't be doing their job functions.

-Flash is a horrible idea, I absolutely hate flash sites

-It would be kinda cool if the color of our username was user-selectable

-Anybody with less than a 6th grade grammar or spelling ability should be automatically banned

-You should be required to pass some sort of exam before you can post. Doesn't have to be a complicated exam.....something relatively easy that even someone whose only moderately above the newb stage can pass, but it will help cut down on some of the newbs giving advice on something that they just learned about 30 minutes earlier, or giving advice on something they've never even heard of before.

-There should be a limit on the amount of bad advice, or wrong answers to questions, that you can give before you are banned from posting

Ive had to tell a couple people how to do it and i have to use paint pictures because they dont really understand.

i hate depression so much. i want to see a free for all forum like over at sound domain.com. no **** at all unless speaker stuff. i think there should be a fun thread on things to do with car audio like blowing subs and the like.
