Medical Marijuana passes in Oklahoma

It’s not legal in Missouri and I don’t see it happening any time soon either BUT they pretty much decriminalized personal use up to 100 grams is a misdemeanor and a $25 fine...
that's not decriminalized unfortunately, decriminalized would mean it's a citation only, like traffic citations, not a misdemeanor afaik but it depends on the state. some traffic citations are called "simple misdemeanor" which still looks ****** on a background check

How accessible is it? Texas has it on the books but its severely restricted and pretty much inaccessible. Ohio passed a similar medical law. It's just an excuse for the republicans to say they actually did something in a last ditch effort to keep voters.

from what i've heard, its not very restrictive at all. its only been passed for like 2 days so we'll see how everything works out.

I hope it becomes federally legal and all 50 states allow recreational use of it. Here in Georgia you can have up to an ounce and it will be a misdemeanor. You can simply be given a summons/citation and not "have" to be taken to jail. An ounce is a fair amount to have on your person.

Speaking as a police officer, I much rather go to a house to deal with a domestic dispute where the people are high smoking marijuana, verses dealing with drunks. Someone really high is a heck of a lot easier to deal with verses a fubar'd drunk.

Dems are trying to put in a bill to legalize it. I hope they do so tricare will cover it. These pills are killing me.
Never heard of growing your own? It's literally a weed. Put it in the ground, throw some chicken ***** on it and watch it grow. My dad threw a few seeds in my garden last year and I got a nice 6-7 footer and our growing season is only like 4 months and change. I can't even imagine what sort of trees you could grow in a 10 month summer. You also have the option to grow some of the equatorial strains.

I can't imagine it will stay illegal for much longer anywhere, I think even the old big-money industries that kept it illegal for so long have either lost some of their clout (textiles, pulp) or have hedged their bets and are ready to make a buck with it (oil and chemical companies). I'm more excited to see what happens with the industrial uses.

I’m still active duty.

Growing outdoors Mother Nature takes over and u literally do nothing... indoor is a whole different story and it takes skill to grow good stuff. Everyone I know says they grow and have the best stuff and it’s all crap besides one guy I know and he’s got it down
