mechman alt question

Just bought a 250a mechman alt for my 02 trailblazer ls it idles at 600rpm does that mean i wont get **** outta my alt since i believe they do rated at 800rpm

So you're going to do nothing but idle all the time? 6ou could always set the idle speed higher 600 is awful low bud. Most cars idle from 800 to 1500 if I remember correctly.

Trailblazers idle at 600 bud. No im not odling all the time the point is i paid money for amps and if om not getting them whays the point i also refusr to set idle hogher.

set the idle higher to 800. its a small difference if you want the performance from the alternator. if your not going to change anything then don't complain about it..return it. should have done research before purchasing. your bad...change the idle or deal with the issues....sorry to be so blunt about it. its just what needs to be done....
