its because of the pulley ratio........... its really a bunch more output (so 1600 rpms, is really a lot more amps than 17.7 amps) because of their custom machined pulleys (extra small) i think they dyno test them not accounting for the pulley ratio or size. i would call matt, im sure he can explain it to you better than anyone here //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifi just got a mechman alt in today. what does the test paper say for amps at 16-1800 rpms on yours? mine is only at 17.7amps at 1600rpm and 54.9amps at 1800rpm. wont get up to 250amps till 6000rpm. please tell me how your guy's specs compare.
