Hi all,
I just installed a new head unit and am planning on replacing the rear speakers. I am following the instructions on this website:
Zen and the Art of Car Audio: How To Remove Rear Speakers from a 2007 Toyota Corolla S
They are very clear and detailed, but I have one concern. I have a 2008 Corolla, and it has side curtain airbags in the rear. I need to remove the upper rear panel to get to the very back panel above the speakers, but I am concerned about the airbag being below the upper rear panel. (There is an airbag logo on the panel itself.)
Do you think this is a concern? It looks like I just have to pull the piece off its clips, but I don't want to mess with anything related to the airbags. Thanks for the advice.
