Okay for the street class it sais that the box must be below the window line, What if your subs are facing up but their inverted, am I still aloud to be in street?

The box must be below the window line. The box includes everything screwed to it (subs, amps, etc). So in theory you would be put into Modified. (if I remember correctly)
