mean machine amp ?

i just recently got a mean machine model 88 off of my dads friend. before adding that amp i have a visonik amp connected that has the 2 rca output hacks. thats how i have this connected threw those jacks. but only 2 of the channels work on the mean machine amp. what could be wrong? since there are 4 input jacks on the mean machine i bought the 1 female to 2 male connector to connect all the channels. what did i do wrong?
